Mandate

As part of the mandate entrusted to us by real estate developer and developer Groupe Montclair, Infrastructel carried out electrical engineering for street lighting for the opening of several streets in the Quartier Bois-Franc project in Ville St-Laurent. In total, more than 4km of new streets have been opened to build new residential phases in this important area of the borough.

As part of this project, in collaboration with the CESM and the borough, Ville St-Laurent, we accompanied the client in the choice of technology, streetlight models and public spaces to meet the standards and the spirit of the neighborhood. The streets targeted by this project were: Ernest-Anctil, Pyrenees, Gustave-Pollen, Montérégiennes, Harry-Halton, Équinoxes, Kenneth-Patrick, Eslie-Macgill and Chinook.

Our team carried out complete electrical engineering, including photometry, as well as civil engineering for the ducts and bases of lampposts, which we integrated into the civil underground infrastructure of public utilities (HQ, Bell, Videotron).
