Multi-residential project of 175 social and community housing units by HCL Desaulniers

Located on Lafayette Street, near Taschereau Boulevard, 1321 Desaulniers Boulevard is a social and community housing project comprising 175 units, developed and built under the Québec Affordable Housing Program (PHAQ). The building includes 18 adapted units with walk-in showers.

The building under construction has a gross floor area of ​​20,298 m² spread over four floors and a basement parking garage. The building will be Novoclimat certified according to the criteria of the Québec Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources program.

As part of the performance specification process, our team developed all the technical solutions and the statement of needs and expectations so that a design-build firm could be selected to produce the final plans and specifications, as well as oversee construction. Subsequently, we were contracted by the general contractor to perform the detailed engineering and construction supervision.
