This project consisted of the construction of a new building dedicated to the Sisters of Ste-Anne de Lachine including an underground parking lot and seven (7) residential floors. This new RPA-type building included three (3) floors of hospital care rooms, or about 80 care rooms, as well as 75 residential units. The building also provided for community premises on the ground floor, a chapel and a main dining room with full cafeteria service.

This project, carried out in collaboration with the contractor SIDCAN, as well as Espaces La Traversée, required a budget of $35 million, including more than $8 million in electromechanics alone, given that this building incorporated highly efficient electromechanical systems.

In total, more than $400,000 in energy efficiency grants were obtained from Hydro-Québec and Énergir.
