Return to realisations

In order to provide its population with high-level outdoor sports facilities, the City of Boucherville has carried out major modernization work and the addition of outdoor playgrounds and surfaces at Pierre-Laporte Park. This park now has syntetic football and soccer fields, beach volleyball courts, several tennis courts and a baseball field grouped in a strategic location.

As part of this important project for the city, Infrastructel was commissioned to carry out the electrical and civil engineering for the lighting of all sports fields and courts, as well as for the two parking lots adjacent to the sports facilities. The objective was to provide high quality lighting so that the playing surfaces could be used in the evening and on poorly lit days.

Our team carried out field surveys of existing installations, realized various photometric studies in collaboration with suppliers of specialized lighting equipement, carried out civil engineering associated with the installation of the structures necessary for the new lighting, realized the electrical engineering for the various lighting equipement and produced work cost estimates.

We also supported the contractor during the realization of the work and carried out inspections for provisional and final acceptance.
