As part of a mandate awarded by the City of Pierrefonds-Roxboro, our urban planning team was tasked with implementing the specific urban planning program for Saint-Charles Boulevard, a strategic artery for the city. In this mandate, we carried out:

- Detailed planning for the surrounding areas of Saint-Charles Boulevard
- Active citizen participation exercises and representations to the Jacques-Viger Committee
- Analysis of the financial and fiscal impacts of the project
- Development of an active and dynamic urban promenade set back from the section dedicated to vehicular traffic
- Implementation of planned street sections, dividing the territory into detailed designation areas, taking into account adjacent existing built-up areas and the need to align the planning exercise with them
- Development of an implementation strategy and an action plan, and drafting of concordance by-laws
