As part of a mandate granted by the City of St-Amable, our urban planning team was mandated to carry out the specific urban planning program for rue Principale, a strategic artery for this municipality.
In this project we carried out :
- Detailed planning exercise covering an area of approximately 90 hectares
- Active citizen participation exercises
- Development of the City's renewed vision for the development of its downtown
- Division of the territory into detailed allocation areas to limit the impacts related to the densification of the area that could be experienced by residents of neighboring neighborhoods s
- Development of a regulatory strategy to leverage the PPU while taking into account the capacity of municipal infrastructure
- Production of 3D models to visualize the project's purpose and drafting of concordance regulations
