Inspection of
2,650 electric poles for the City of Amos

As part of its overhead electricity distribution and lighting infrastructure maintenance program, the City of Amos entrusted our team of pole inspection experts with the task of conducting 2,650 inspections on these poles.

The purpose of these inspections was to ensure the poles' good condition and durability in order to avoid breakdowns and lighting issues on various streets and boulevards.

This inspection program was carried out in two phases, 50% in the fall of 2024 and 50% in April 2025, allowing for quality control of the first inspections to be carried out during the winter season.

The main challenge of this project was the geographic remoteness and the freezing conditions, which occur more quickly than in other regions of Quebec.
