Feasibility study
for site validation in Île-Perrot

As part of this mandate, which was entrusted to our APUR urban planning and pre-development team, we carried out the following activities :

• Optimization of the real estate potential of an underutilized waterfront site
• Supported the developer in a sustainable residential land development strategy
• Production of 3D modeling and all plans and documents supporting this project

The positive impact of our intervention for the client:

• Increased the value of the lot through densification and diversification of use
• Contributed to the redevelopment of the marina area
• Created a ripple effect for future phases
