Urbanisme et pré-développement
As part of a mandate awarded by Gestion immobilière Bazinet, our urban planning group APUR carried out the planning of a 36-unit residential development and provided support for the submission of the proposed Bill 31 (PL31) in the municipality of Rawdon.
The positive impacts of the activities carried out as part of this project include:
- Support for affordability (housing below 30% of the median income)
- Reduction of deforestation through compact and connected design
- Community living environment focused on nature and accessibility
