We welcome talent from all backgrounds. Our teams represent more than 19 nationalities and nearly 30% are women, in a historically male-dominated sector. This diversity makes us stronger, more innovative, and more compassionate.
Equitable recruitment
Our hiring processes are based on skills, human values, and interpersonal skills. We actively collaborate with organizations such as SFIM and CITIM to expand our talent pool and promote the integration of people from diverse backgrounds.
- International recruitment: support with permit applications, housing searches, opening bank accounts, etc.
- Intercultural activities: Potlucks, cultural holiday celebrations (Ramadan, Chinese New Year, etc.).
- Personalized support: Assistance with administrative procedures, finding a daycare spot, etc.
