INFRA was commissioned by the Municipality of Sainte-Julie for the major renovation project of the indoor pool at the Centre de la culture et du sport de Sainte-Julie (CCSSJ).
As part of this asset maintenance project—with construction costs totaling approximately $2.2 million, our firm’s electromechanical team carried out the following activities:
- Assessment of the facility's condition and aging
- A study that led to a second phase involving the preparation of plans and specifications
- Upgrading of building systems (drainage, hot water generation, domestic water distribution, pool heating network, and insulation)
- Integration of new equipment related to pool mechanical systems
- Agile management of client requests throughout the mandate
- Office-based and on-site supervision of the work
