This project, carried out for GROUPE ROBIN in the city of Granby, consists of a hotel complex featuring 128 studios and suites designed to accommodate a diverse clientele, including tourists, corporate travelers, and sports groups.
Spanning 8 200 m², the project includes conference and meeting rooms, a gym, an indoor pool, an elevated terrace, and a guest laundry area.
Valued at $20 million, this project achieved LEED certification and marks the group's fourth establishment.
As part of this mandate, our multidisciplinary team carried out the following activities:
- Planning, design, and detailed engineering for electromechanical, civil, fire protection, security, and auxiliary service disciplines
- Office-based supervision and shop drawing approval
- On-site supervision, progress payment processing, and preliminary and final approvals
