The Municipality of St-Jean-sur-Richelieu awarded INFRA the electromechanical engineering contract for the major renovation of the Aurélie-Rivard pool and the Claude-Raymond complex. This $7.5 million asset maintenance and improvement project leveraged our team's expertise in the following areas:

• Condition assessment study
• Study leading to a second phase involving the production of plans and specifications
• Creation of new spaces and relocation of organizations
• Creation of a mixed-gender family changing room and complete redesign of reception areas and the entrance lobby
• Upgrading of building systems (drainage, hot water generation, domestic water distribution, pool heating network, and insulation)
• Integration of new pool mechanical equipment
• Agile management of client requests during the project
• Office-based and on-site supervision of the work
