Lustra, a
multi-residential project consisting of 3 buildings and 237 units in Terrebonne

Located near the TransTerrebonne bus rapid transit system, the Lustra project, in collaboration with Axxys, comprises three concrete-framed buildings with a total of 237 units distributed across 5, 6, or 7 stories, with a shared underground parking garage. The building under construction has a floor area of ​​30,455 m² and is equipped with charging stations for all tenants.

As part of the detailed engineering and construction supervision, our team developed all the technical solutions based on the client's needs and expectations in order to produce the plans and specifications and to oversee the project.

The specialized professional and technical services in electromechanics included:

• Preparation of plans and specifications for mechanical systems (drainage, domestic water, ventilation, and controls).
• Preparation of plans and specifications for electrical systems (coordination with Hydro-Québec, electrical distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and auxiliary systems).
• Monitoring of construction progress and compliance with plans and specifications.
