Infrastructel's electromechanical team carried out the detailed engineering for the electrical and mechanical component of this new industrial building for the company XNRGY specializing in the production of specialized air conditioning systems for data centers.

This incombustible single-storey building located in the St-Hubert airport area, includes nearly 20,000ft2 of office space and 100,000ft2 of factory space, including 11 overhead cranes, a paint chamber. automated with washing, painting and cooking system and 167 LED-lit parking spaces.

The team prepared all the preliminary and final plans and specifications, the services during the call for tenders and the construction during the mechanical and electrical work of this building.

This project turned out to be a success, thanks to our excellent collaboration with the partner firms of this structural and civil projects, as well as the architect of this project.
