Desjardins decided to develop new office spaces of more than 100,000 square feet over 7 floors in the iconic building of the Olympic Stadium tower, in order to install its large AccesD team comprising more than 1,400 people. .

As part of this mandate, our firm was responsible to carry out the detailed engineering of electromechanical services, fire protection, security and auxiliary services for the following spaces:

- 1,200 open-air positions
- 23 offices closed
- 400-seat dining room and 150-seat multifunctional room
- 1 auditorium and 46 rooms and lounges for meetings, meetings, coaching
- A wellness center including an exercise room

This important project for Desjardins and the Olympic Installations Board (RIO) involved a high level of technical challenge. The particular architecture of the stadium tower required an adaptation of the mechanical elements (plumbing, ventilation). The excellent collaboration between the architectural firm Provencher Roy and the other professionals mandated in this project has made it possible to develop modern facilities adapted to the particularity of this building.
