New construction
of an industrial building for TECNAR

In order to continue its growth, the company TECNAR, which designs, develops and manufactures advanced sensors for the monitoring and control of industrial processes, wanted to build new facilities in the St-Bruno Ecoparc.

This new 22,000 ft2 building includes factory space, a laboratory-type production area and office spaces with a gymnasium.

A ventilation system dedicated to the paint room in the factory sector had to be planned and a compressed air network throughout the entire factory to serve the various needs was planned.

In the open office spaces, the mechanical system is visible and additional coordination for the aesthetic aspect of the air distribution was done by our team.

The engineers and technicians of Infrastructel's building group carried out the complete mechanical and electrical design for the building to the great satisfaction of the client and its users.
