Construction quality control

In addition to our engineering services, INFRASTRUCTEL has developed a strong expertise in quality control and supervision for civil construction works. Our team is able to supervise and control new underground conduits, manhole and underground chambers installation, demolition and reconstruction of underground existing structures, conduits (FRE) and supports installation under bridges and viaducts, pedestals, hand holes and TSS implementation.

Our quality control and supervision services include:

• Manage all network relocation requests to public utilities companies ;
• Negotiate with all public utilities users for network connections ;
• Generate reports concerning quantities and cost compilation, delays and contract allowances ;
• Supervise execution by the contractor according to plans and technical specifications ;
• Proceed to all quality control tests on materials according to the quality insurance program ;
• Compile quantities, take all measuring, verify and approve all the payments to the contractor ;
• Supervise construction site according to general and specific clauses, technical standards, health and safety measures and approve all corrective measures ;
• Progressive billing, provisional and final approval.
